| Name : | Hanlin Chen | | Position : | Member, Board of Directors | | Biography : | Hanlin Chen Hanlin Chen is Chairman and CEO of China Automotive Systems, Inc, which is based in Hubei Province, People’s Republic of China. CAAW is the largest domestic steering column supplier in China, and is publicly traded in the United States on the NASDAQ Stock Market (NADAQ:CAAS). Mr. Chen has an MBA from Barrington University. He has over 15 years of experience in the auto parts industry. Mr. Chen has been a member of the board of directors for 3S since 1997.

| Name : | Michael Young | | Position : | President & CEO | | Biography : | Michael Young, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Board Member As the founder and CEO of Sensor System Solutions, Michael Young’s responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations and developing and implementing the Company’s overall strategy including the development of strategic partnerships and funding. His focus is on providing vision for specialty products to bring new levels of intelligent controls and monitoring to process-oriented industries. These products include wireless data acquisition and sensor interface devices, intelligent data collection and distribution products, and wireless data network portals. Michael’s 20-year career includes expertise in micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) sensor design, fabrication, packaging and applications development, and optical switches for telecommunications. He is responsible for leading the Company’s vision through leveraging his technical expertise and a broad range of business experiences. Michael has experience developing products for the military including developing several micromachined capacitive and piezoresistive accelerometers, for flight test and Inertial Measurement Unit in guidance for short range missiles. He also developed a miniature Air Data Sensor for Northrop’s Brilliant Anti-armor (BAT) program. Michael’s automotive industry experience includes developing a smart solid-state piezoresistive accelerometer for car crash testing and MAP and TMAP pressure sensors for engine control. The Company has formed a joint venture with China Automotive, the largest domestic steering column supplier in China, to pursue automotive sensor business in china and India. Michael’s prior experience at companies like Rosemount, Endevco, Hughes Aircraft and others has provided him with a strong background in identifying market opportunities, defining product configuration, training, sales, benchmarking competitors, setting up production equipment and processes and interfacing with customers. Michael Young received his master Degree in mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. | |

He brings with him a wealth of experience in new product development Roger has worked extensively with office automation equipment, medical apparatus, electronic and computer-based systems, and both hardware and software based products. At 3S, Roger is responsible for all aspects of 3S’ worldwide sales and marketing efforts, with an emphasis on developing alliances with strategic partners. Roger received a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of New Haven and an MBA from the University of Bridgeport. | |

Owens is a co-founder and partner of Owens & Slavin LLP, a Mission Viejo, CA based Certified Public Accounting firm that specializes in assisting small businesses in organizing their finances, streamlining their administratrative procedures, while providing tax advice and preparing tax returns. His responsibilities include overseeing SEC filings, monitoring financial operations, liason with client financial dealings, and assisting with the Company’s overall administration. Mr. Owens’ background includes 11 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers in both New York and San Francisco where he worked for many clients handling a broad variety of accounting, auditing, and tax projects. Mr. Owens’ prior experience at companies like Bechtel Engineering, Ultrasystems Inc., and Gradco Systems, Inc. has provided him with a strong background in creatively formulating financial arrangements and in negotiating creative business financing arrangements with our suppliers and our customers. In these assignments, he has also held many administrative management responsibilities.
