3S Warranty & (RMA) Return Policy

Warranty
3S warranties their products for a period of one year from date of shipment.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)
In the unlikely event that a customer experiences a problem with any 3S product, he must adhere to the following policy governing its analysis, repair or replacement. 3S stands behind it"s product quality and wants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Diagnosis of Problem
The first step is to contact 3S Technical Support, either via telephone 949-855-6688 or via email to discuss the performance issues as follows:
Digital Gages, Pressure Sensors, Load Cells,& Force Beams

Return Process
Should the technical support representative be unable to alleviate the problem, and the next course of action requires a factory inspection, the customer must adhere to the following procedure:

Request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number which must be written legibly and in large lettering on the outside of the original shipping container or container with equal protection. You may have one assigned by either your technical service representative or from a customer service representative on Ext. 108 or 109. You may return the items to the following address:

Operating Standards
Any package received without an RMA # will be refused.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns (exception: defective Items that have been factory verified).

Credit/Refunds are subject to factory evaluation (condition of products received), and issued in same manner payment was received (i.e. credit card, credit memo, etc.).

Return shipping costs will only be refunded in event that performance is a result of 3S error.

Items found to be non-defective will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be charged a factory inspection, handling, and return shipping fee. At 3S option, the units may be returned to stock and the customer will be charged a re-stocking fee.

Products under warranty will be repaired and returned to customer shipping prepaid.

Custom products cannot be re-stocked because they are not re-salable.

Products purchased through a distributor must be returned to that distributor and not to 3S.
